Selection Process      : ROUND 1:- ONLINE TECHNICAL ROUND [STRENGTH OF MATERIAL]

                                        ROUND 2:- ONLINE TECHNICAL TEST 

                                        ROUND 3:- One-on-one Online interview conducted 

ROUND 1:- ONLINE TECHNICAL ROUND [STRENGTH OF MATERIAL]

- Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

- Duration: 60 minutes

- Format: 50 questions, multiple choice

- Total Marks: 100

- Passing Criteria: Minimum score of 80 marks required to proceed to Round 2

- Focus: Core concepts in Strength of Materials, essential for engineering roles, including topics like stress, strain, and material properties.

ROUND 2:- ONLINE TECHNICAL TEST 2

[Finite Element Method (FEM), Finite Element Analysis (FEA),Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE)]

- Time: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

- Duration: 60 minutes

- Format: 50 questions, multiple choice

- Total Marks: 100

- Passing Criteria: Minimum score of 80 marks required to proceed to Round 3

- Focus: Knowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) applications. This round assesses both theoretical understanding and practical application of these concepts.

ROUND 3:-[ One-on-one interview conducted via Google Meet]

Time: Starting from 2:00 PM

- Format: One-on-one interview conducted via Google Meet

- Questions: 6 questions focused on FEM, FEA, and CAE

- Passing Criteria: A minimum of 4 correct answers required to qualify

- Focus: In-depth technical questions that test candidates’ problem-solving abilities, practical application skills, and familiarity with advanced CAE concepts.

 OFFER LETTER :

- Time of Issuance: By 8:00 PM on the same day

- Details: Candidates who successfully clear Round 3 will receive their offer letters via email. This document will outline the terms of employment, compensation package, and role expectations.

Joining Process          :   1. Document Submission: Upon receiving the offer letter, candidates are required to                                           submit all relevant documents, along with a signed copy of the offer letter, within 7 days

                                           2. Flexible Joining Date: Candidates may join ELEATION anytime between 15th July                                                2025 and 15th August 2025. Salary and benefits will commence from the date of joining.
